My wife and I started looking for a house in November 2020. We weren’t really sure who to use to help us with the purchase. We had a bunch of people telling us they had friends or family that were realtors but we wanted to find someone that knew the area we were looking in. We did a google search and that’s when we saw Sarah’s information.We spoke with Sarah and told her that we should wait until after the holidays before we became serious about buying, Sarah totally understood. Once the holidays passed we contacted Sarah and started looking. Over the years I have purchased a few houses and one thing that I found about some realtors is that after a few showings some realtors don’t seem to be as responsive to returning calls and arranging showings.Sarah was incredible. Anytime we called, Sarah was on top of things and on one occasion even showed us two houses over 40 miles apart in the same day. Sarah took the time to hear what kind of house we were looking for and didn’t just show us a house that she hoped we would buy. My wife was looking for the perfect house and if she needed to look at 100 houses to do that she would have and Sarah would have shown us 100 houses whenever we wanted to look at them. Sarah made time for us.The best compliment I can give someone is using them again. We would definitely use Sarah again without question.

 

We moved from SC to Virginia this year. Sarah helped us get our Happy New Beginning and is beyond amazing ??. From day one Sarah was attentive, met with us immediately to assess our needs, and worked tireless to find our house. The first two days we looked at 10 houses before having to return to SC. Sarah responded to my nervous texts and emails at all hours of the night to ease my nerves about our big move. As we came down to the wire on our desired closing date Sarah dug in to find our perfect house. We were unable to make another trip to look at homes so she rode around for days, sending videos of neighborhoods and houses. Finally she sent a video that made me fall in love and we found our dream house. Without hesitation we put in an offer without us seeing the house, but I was not worried because I completely trust Sarah. We moved in a few weeks later and I know without any question we made the right decision. I love Sarah for the toys she brought my son's during the house tours, the emails at the early hours in the morning, the gifts that were left in our home at closing and her unbelievable professionalism. Thank you Sarah, you will always have a special place in our family.

 

We are relocating with a newborn from Brooklyn, NY to Richmond. We were very nervous about the logistics of finding a house in Richmond while working full-time and having a baby in NY. Sarah stayed in touch with us for months leading up to the move and went above and beyond to make the entire process painless. It felt like we had a trusted friend doing all the hard work for us!
